Gustaf Nobel has worked in more than 15 countries worldwide, having held several senior management positions and working as a management consultant.
Mr. Nobel is the Member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy. Prior to this appointment in 2014, he served as a member of the company Advisory Board.
Currently, Gustaf Nobel is the owner and CEO of Conversus SAS, working as a management consultant to foreign companies that step in the French and Swedish markets.
From 2009 to 2014 he was the Chairman of the Nobel Sustainability Trust Foundation. Over the years, he has worked for different companies such as Electrolux, ABB, and Trelleborg. Mr. Nobel served as the CEO at Delifrance AB, jointly owned by Grand Moulin de Paris and Nestlé, for four years before moving
to France in 2005.
Mr. Nobel holds a degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Lund, Sweden.

James (Jim) Cowie has about 40 years of leadership experience in the energy industry.
Mr. Cowie is the Member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy.
Before joining Nobel Energy, Mr. Cowie worked in the oil and gas industry for about four decades, spending 15 years with a drilling contractor and the remainder with Amoco, BP/Amoco, and BP.
In the recent years of his career, Mr. Cowie served as Vice President for BP Global Wells Operations, supporting the company’s wells businesses across the globe. Prior to this, he held positions of Vice President for BP’s wells businesses in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey, and earlier in the United Kingdom and Norway (the North Sea).
Mr. Cowie has also been involved in an advisory capacity to some companies’ CEOs. Mr. Cowie gained a Master of Science degree with distinction in Oil and Gas Engineering at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

Richard Duff is an executive leader with over 30 years of experience in energy industries in the UK and internationally.
Mr. Duff is the Member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy.
Prior to joining Nobel Energy, he had a long career with Wood plc, a British multinational engineering and consulting group, where he held Global Corporate and Regional Business leadership roles living in the UK, USA, and the Middle East.
Mr. Duff’s most recent roles were President of Strategic Projects and President of Strategy and Development within Wood plc. He also held board director positions in the UK and the Middle East, as well as Executive Leadership Excom positions for over 10 years.
Mr. Duff has a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Aberdeen. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program with Mays Business School at the Texas A&M University.

Imran Ahmadzada has extensive experience in oil, telecommunications, financial and industrial institutions.
Mr. Ahmadzada is the Member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy.
He is the Group Chief Financial Officer of NEQSOL Holding and the Head of NEQSOL Holding Azerbaijan office. Mr. Ahmadzada is also the Member of the Board of Directors at Norm, which operates the largest cement plant in the South Caucasus.
Imran Ahmadzada joined Nobel Energy group of companies as a Chief Treasury Officer in 2013. Prior to this, he worked in different roles in the banking sector since 2004 in the fields of Treasury, Risk Management, Credit Underwriting, Portfolio Management. Mr. Ahmadzada also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at various Universities.
Mr. Ahmadzada is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having successfully completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) in 2020. He obtained an MBA in Financial Management degree in 2009 from Coburg University in Germany.

Toghrul Ahmadov is a legal and compliance professional with 20 years of experience in the energy and other industries.
Mr. Ahmadov is the Member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy.
He is Chief Legal Officer of NEQSOL Holding and is in charge of the holding’s legal, corporate governance, and compliance affairs.
Previously, Mr. Ahmadov had a long career with BP, where he held Legal Counsel and Regional Ethics & Compliance Manager positions. In these roles, he was involved in legal counseling, due diligence, stakeholder management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Ahmadov actively participated in major multinational projects, including TANAP and Shah Deniz Stage 2.
Mr. Ahmadov earned his degree from Baku State University.
